Is it possible to get a college degree without a High School diploma or GED? Any colleges out there that will accept students without HS/GED?

Yes. Most community colleges allow you to enroll and earn an associates degree if you are over a certain age. Another route is to earn "open university" or CLEP/DSST credits then apply to one of the big three schools.
And I am sure there are other ways to earn a degree.

You should be able to pass the GED exam along the way at minimal cost.

To follow up on my previous post here are some words from the Coastline Community College* catalog:
    http://coastline.edu/documents/CATALOG_2008.pdf

It is possible to complete a certificate program, an associate
    degree, a transfer program and/or a bachelor’s degree without
earning a high school diploma. Many individuals, however,
may want to obtain a high school diploma or its equivalent for
    personal or employment reasons.
    (page 8)

I looked at my CSUDH catalog and it does state that a high school diploma or equivalent is required even for adult students over age 25 years.

*Where I am currently taking DL courses just for interest.

Although I probably can't find the thread anymore, I read on this board once that there are some states that will award a high school diploma after the completion of so many hours of college credit.

Depending how you apply, I know many students who got into college without final semester grades being presented. Many of these had no diploma, some are now profs!
