PhD / DBA that allows the most credits to transfer in?

    Someone told me about a doc. program that allows all but 30 credits (?) to transfer in but I do not remember who said it or what school it was. Any help out there?

    Dr. Randell,

    Are you looking for to transfer? I thought 30 credits beyond the bachelor it is the same as earning a Ph.D without a Master type.

    No, I am not looking transfer. I just can't remember the school. They except all except 30 credit so they take like 51 credits towards the PhD.

    Ah, yes, the reasonable but mythical ABD program from the land of unicorns, leprechauns, UFOs, Obamanomics / Keynesian Economics, Al Gore's climate change, Sasquatch, and the Loch Ness monster...
