My sister, a US citizen and resident, is interested in distance degree education and is looking for an undergraduate degree program from either a regionally accredited or a state accredited institution in the United States; possibly something that does not require a high school transcript or a diploma (my sister graduated from high school in The Bahamas in 1987, but getting the transcript and or copies of the diploma sent to the US is extremely difficult). Additionally, she would like to study Mediation or Conflict Resolution or something along those lines. I am not sure if these degrees are available as an undergraduate option. (1) Does anyone know of any undergrad programs in mediation, conflict, or anything remotely similar? (2) Any programs that does not require high school diplomas or transcript or one that would admit her and register her while the admission materials are en-route? Thanks, as usual....
