Hello @ all My problem: I failed general Chemistry 1 and 2 in my first year at my university. So to countinue my studies I need a certificate of participation for a general chemistry 1 & 2 "summer course" from an accredited university. Is there any university which "provides" such certificates? Thanks alot
Yes, countless of courses: For instance, Oregon State offers three first-year chemistry courses that can be taken in a sequence during one summer: http://ecampus.oregonstate.edu/online-degrees/undergraduate/online-chemistry-lab-course/ Depending on where you are, there may be cheaper and better options for you - this is just one example.
Can you give me some other examples (cant find anything on the internet) , because the course you described already starts on the 22th of june. So its to late to get registered. Thanks alot
Try this: http://www.fridaycenter.unc.edu/cp/catalog/chemistry.html Self-paced courses -- CHE 111 (UNCG) General Chemistry I -- CHE 114 (UNCG) General Chemistry II -- CHEM 10 (UNC-Chapel Hill) Introduction to Chemical Concepts -- CHEM 11 (UNC-Chapel Hill) General Descriptive Chemistry I -- CHEM 21 (UNC-Chapel Hill) General Descriptive Chemistry II ***** These self-paced, online courses are from a reputable university, offer credit and can be started any time. It seems one or more might fit the type of courses you're looking for.
Did you call the school and ask? If there are seats in the class, I'll bet that you can still register, especially if you have cash in hand. Shawn
Check out this information first, before enrolling with OSU: Costs and transferring credit "Many students from other colleges and universities take our courses online to transfer credit to their home institutions. OSU operates on a quarter-based academic calendar. View our Transferring Credits page to find information how OSU credits will transfer to your home institution, especially if your college or university operates on a semester-based academic calendar."
Here are a couple of options for you, although I believe you missed the Summer term in both cases: Coastline Community College Ocean County Community College
