MA International Relations/Security at University of Leicester

I realize that some of you have already discussed the international relations programs, but I haven't seen anybody mention the one offered at University of Leicester. I guess, it's because it's new. So, I was wondering if any of you are taking this MA program and would like to know your impressions/opinions

How does it compare to Troy's program? To be honest, the program at Troy seems to be better, but how well known is Troy compared to Leicester which is usually ranked top 15 in the UK? And what about Macquarie's program from Australia? I know Deakin Univ doesn't offer this program as distance learning (outside Australia). I have already asked them.
