I'm near finishing my BMI (BS in business/MIS) degree at Excelsior and am looking to continuing on to an MBA program. Due to pending cross-country moves DL is my target. I've looked at a few US ones but have decided to target UK schools, primarily due to cost. I would like ANY feedback please as to the quality, rigor and convenience of a couple of programs. These are some my final candidates:

    U of Warwick
    U of Manchester/Bangor
    U of Bradford
    U of Durham
    U of Strathclyde
    Royal Holloway, U of London
    Imperial College (via Singapore)
    Heriot- Watt University

Aside from general feedback, the 2 specific questions I have are:
1.) Can I compress the program time to 12-18 months if I took on the course full-time? (Royal Holloway and Heriot-Watt are YES, what about that crazy 4 year Warwick or any of the others?)
2.) I want a challenging program that expands from my BSBA and doesn't repeat it. Assume that I consistently score in %90 on the CLEP, DANTES and ECE's. Can anyone address the rigor of the relative courses and exams?

Lewchuck and WalterRogers know a lot about
these schools. He (they) will give you the feedback that you are looking for.

I don't know who Ike is... I don't know who Lewchuck is and my alter ego is actually James Bond (not Lewchuck).

I think that recommendation had to do with your expousing the virtues of U of London in an earlier string...

My questions were perhaps too pointed. Still so far it's a friendlier resonse than what I would of got on other boards : "MBS sucks Warwick is the best in the world.. etc."

Have you heard of "freudian slip"? Did I use the world alter ego? Now, methinks that the cat has been let out of the bag.
