California State Univ Act Teachers courses

Good Morning, I received an e-mail for the above last night that the courses are now graded. Although they qualify that these are professional dev grad courses I am wondering if anyone has had experience transferring them to a transcript toward a degree. I also would like to know if anyone has transferred professional development courses that are transcripted as academic graduate credit. There are a number of schools in California offering these courses to teachers.
