Feedback about D.B.A. at Walden or Argosy needed

If you are/were, or if you know someone who is/was a D.B.A. student at Argosy or Walden, please share your experience here.

I am a current Argosy DBA student. I just completed my comps and on to dissertation. I have had a fantastic experience with Argosy, but was an on ground student.

 

Thanks for the feedback Richard. Have you taken any courses online during your DBA program? How long will it take you to complete your DBA?

I was in Walden's online DBA program and I just switched over to Capella's Ed.D program that starts in July. The program at Walden was solid, courses are 8 weeks long, you have assignments each week. You also have to attend 2 residencies and your dissertation is an applied one. I left the program due to my wanting to focus solely on instructional technology not the business side of IT.

Argosy University

I am completing my DBA at Argosy, and I couldn't be happier. Not sure who it was, but I came here looking for data, received it, and made my decision to attend Argosy. I love the school! The classes are challenging and stimulating and the work never stops. But, I couldn't be happier with the help I receive from the academics, and other teaching and administrative forces at the university. If I had to do it again, my selection would still be Argosy U. I attend the Tampa campus. Originally, I started out at Sarasota and didn't like it at all, so I switched over to the Tampa campus and I am totally delighted with my decision. In any event, I have nothing bad to say about my experiences there, so far!
