    Please see the "What is a diploma mill" thread - Shawn sent an e-mail to the IAO on April 17? Will he receive a response?

    I voted no because it seems obvious in the letter that Richard Pryor knows more about academic processes than anyone that might be reading the letter at IAO.

    I especially liked the question about the colors and numbers. It would seem that this was invented by someone that was so awe struck by numbers that they thought people would be impressed by such silliness.
