It would be interesting to see a list of institutions that would meet the requirements for this program that are friendly to current or former distance learners.
Meaning: program should be accelerated BSN or entry level MSN for someone finishing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in another field and be willing to accept RA, NA, ACE, DSST, CLEP and ECE transfer credits. (primarily for those Science pre-requisites and General Ed)

American Association of Colleges of Nursing has released a list of a list of accelerated or entry level programs, but after reviewing about 20 of those programs I noticed the ones reviewed do not accept NA transfer credit and/or are way over the $9000 yearly tuition.

AMEDD Enlisted Commissioning Program (Army Nurse Corps)

The program provides eligible enlisted soldiers of the active component the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), become a licensed registered Nurse in the Army Nurse Corps and commissioned as a 2LT. Soldiers in the program will continue to receive their current pay and allowances during school, plus academic costs during enrollment period.
    Requirements:
Must be recognized by the Dept of Education (NA or RA)
Must be accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
This course of study will be at the government’s expense, Tuition must not exceed $9,000 per school year.
Participants must be able to complete all degree requirements in 24 consecutive months or less. (in residence/no DL)

    Some programs found….

Samuel Merritt University seemed just right but is way over on tuition.
Georgetown University’s Accelerated Second Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is only 16 months in length and accepts NA credit but is >$35,000 for tuition.
Remington Nurse College seemed great but not yet CCNE accredited.
West Coast University seemed great but not yet CCNE accredited.
