Like I said in my last post, you're making quite an awful lot of assumptions on "10 pages." After all, even the SBA links to a website with all kinds of sample business plans that are about 10 pages in length. I referenced them while writing my own, which is for a small software company, that is seven pages long. Just throwing that out there... MS Engineering, UW-Platteville (In progress)

I compared term paper writing services to prostitutes (and then later acknowledged that I was a bit too critical of the prostitutes). I did, however, compare the clients of prostitutes to the clients of bogus editing services. And I stand by that comparison because: (a) they both know darn good and well that they're doing something they shouldn't be doing; (b) they both get taken for their money; and (c) more often than not, they both get screwed. I'm sorry I even tried. This is obviously going nowhere. I guess I am just not one to jump to conclusions so quickly about people I don't know... MS Engineering, UW-Platteville (In progress)

Excuse me, but you accused me of accusing Queen Antoinette of being a prostitute; I merely pointed out that I accused people who write other people's term papers of being the equivalent of prostitutes (only to later apologize to the prostitutes) while accusing those who would use bogus editing services of being on the same level as those who use prostitutes. That's not true, sir. Please re-read what you and I wrote. You complained about her accusing you of using a prostitute. This was after you compared her of being the equivalent of someone using a prostitute.
In any case, you are trying to mock me for arguing on the internet, yet here you are arguing on the internet. Good grief...
Can we just agree to disagree and let this go? I respect you very much, given the amount of assistance you give to others on this forum, and it disheartens me to see us interacting in this way. Truce? I'll give you the last word, and I'll wave the white flag... MS Engineering, UW-Platteville (In progress)

I have re-read your post, sir, and I do now see that you accuse me (correctly) of accusing her of being the moral equivalent of one who would use a prostitute (though I really intended to compare this David Chang pos as being like as unto a prostitute, though I quickly realized that that was grossly unfair to the ladies of the evening). My bad. I should have used some more provisional language such as "if I read you correctly (which, in this case, I clearly didn't)." That cartoon about "somebody's wrong on the Internet" appeared on another controversial thread I was involved in recently and it was just so funny that it had to be re-posted here. It's not necessarily immediately obvious as to who, if anyone, was being mocked by said cartoon. (Hint: I could have been mocking myself. I do have an unfortunate tendency to get waaaaay too wound up when I'm in the middle of a debate.) Originally Posted by jaer57 Can we just agree to disagree and let this go? I do still suspect, based on the requested length of the business plan and what I know of business plan lengths, that it was probably an academic term paper and, even if it was a real-world business plan to raise capital, it doesn't sound like she was too involved in the writing thereof (either writing it in the first place and submitting it to business plan editor or requesting that a business plan consultant teach her how to write it herself). If I was correct in my first theory, she cheated on a class assignment. If I was correct in my alternate theory, she cheated herself. But it is, of course, possible that I could be wrong, though I rarely am. :D
