As for Math degree programs, the first one I think about is at the University of London. http://www.londonexternal.ac.uk/prospective_students/undergraduate/index.php Then I think about Chadron State http://www.csc.edu/mathsci/mathematics/degree/index.csc Then I think about taking some courses at LSU http://www.is.lsu.edu/courselist.asp?cat=Mathematics&nid=102&pg= and transferring them into one of the big 3 or go through the U of Illinois-Springfield program http://www.uis.edu/math/curriculum/online/index.html That's all I've got.
