Well this is my first post.

I am in the Navy, and through SOCNAV, Upper Iowa is going to give me 25 credits. Now previously I went to Everest College also known as Bryman College which is owned by Corinthian. And I had to send in my transcripts from there, and UIU ended up granting me 31 credits from there even though they arent regionally or nationally accredited. So this gives me 56 credits over all with them. Should I be concerned about the quality or reputation of UIU?

Not at all. UIU is very well regarded. Everest College in nationally accredited by ACCSCT. ACCSCT (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology) is recognized by USDOE, but not recognized by CHEA. see this link:

Take the credit and get started. UIU is a great school.

    Welcome aboard,

    Abner

Thank you, I see you went to Cypress College, I went to Cypress High just down the road. Its a small world. I just saw that Everest is now nationally accredited. Thank you
