Admittedly, I didn't do much research into KDSI, but why would one go through an organization like this when its' a US based school (i.e. http://www.adams.edu/ vs. going to Leicester, or something similar). It seems that it may have more to do with the field of education licensure as listed in their 'Our Services' page? Mike
If you look at this list of education classes at Adams State they seem to charge $145 per credit. Looks to be the same classes that you listed plus many more. http://www.adams.edu/extended_studies/independent/graduate-education/graduate-education.php These classes appear to be courses that are offered by many different educational organizations that have arranged credit through Adams state.
