    Hi All,
I just wanted to ask what other Distance Learning sites or Discussion boards you found to be useful.

    Which ones do you frequent?

    Thanks,
    mike

NO!!! Honestly, I do not visit any others...all the smart people are here. I have time for only one so I picked the best one. :)

I split my time between here and elearners.com. In the interest of full disclosure, eLearners.com does host two of my blogs.

Occasionally, I do check out degreediscussion.com, but to be honest there isn't much participation over there and some of the discussions do tend to get a bit shrill for my taste.

John baer's degree.net had some good info regarding the online MBA schools.

A reminder that while I started degree.net, I sold it, along with my copyrights and school marketing business, to Pearson (The Economist, Financial Times, Penguin, etc.) in 1998. Pearson sold it to Ten Speed Press a few years later. Ten Speed forgot to renew the website and it was grabbed by a man on the island of Vanuatu, who used the material and my name without permission. And now it is owned by QuinStreet, 'the leader in vertical performance marketing.'

I find both this forum and degreediscussion.com helpful and interesting.
