Does anyone in the house has idea of good school with pharm degree at bachelor's level in US? the student will be studying outside US and may only visit once in a while if necessary. The cost is not an issue here. this is somehow urgent.

    Thanx 2 all.

probably not. if a person had a bachelors degree in something like chemistry or biology, etc. then it might be different.

Don't confuse a "pharmacy technician" credential with a degree which would allow one to become a pharmacist. If you get a diploma, certificate or associate degree pharmacy, this will only qualify you to become a pharmacy technician...something that you could accomplish simply by being trained on the job at a pharmacy (depending upon state licensing requirements). There are pharmacists who only have a BS in Pharmacy, but they got these degrees years ago when that was all that was required. That is why most of the graduate programs available now are PharmD programs...they are meant for pharmacists who already have their bachelors in pharmacy and need the PharmD to advance in their jobs and move on and get another job.

The only PharmD program in the US available by distance learning for those without a BS in Pharmacy is at Creighton University.

That person might want to check through the various Australian universities known for distance learning (sorry, no links at this time). However, that person might want to be careful about whether a degree from xyz university will put them in line for licensure wherever that person might live/work.
