PhD or Doctorate in Music Education Search

    Hello to everyone. I have a colleague who is looking for a PhD or a Doctorate in Music Education. She knows about the one from Boston University, but was looking for a backup. She has stated that a fully online or low residency doctorate level program is ok and that it has to be an American one, since her employer will not reimburse her for a foreign level doctorate.     That is the only school I know offers Ph.D in Music Education via distance learning. Maybe trying the local universities.....
