My search of the approved VA programs produces the following schools: CAPE PENINSULA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY OF CAPE TOWN UNIVERSITY OF ISLAMIC STUDIES AND ARABIC UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA UNIVERSITY OF THE WITWATERSRAND VEGA, THE BRAND COMMUNICATIONS SCHOOL There is a process to submit a school for review but I am not familiar with it nor do I know offhand where to find it.
