Anyone see APUS/AMU on Mad Money Last Night?

Overall I think Jim was very impressed by the parent company's success. I was pleased in fact to see distance education put in such a positive light.

I felt like buying the stock, but of course don't have any money to invest right now. Cramer had great things to say about it and also interviewed the CEO.

I did some more research on the school and am leaning toward transferring there. I currently attend Amberton University's General MBA program. APU seems to have more concentrations in their MBA and are now a candidate for the ACBSP accreditation.

 

Very impressive. I especially like his closing comments. He is the first mainstream media person I've heard refer to distance learning as the superior format of future education rather than just a lesser alternative to traditional, on-campus education.
