Portfolio Evaluation at Masters Level

Does anyone know if and where I can get some masters level counselling related courses evaluated, using the portfolio method?

I have my government accredited PhD but need to have a few extra courses to meet local counsellor requirements. I have already done most of the work when I was at Columbia Commonwealth some years ago.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated,
