FEMA Classroom courses for college credit?

As some of you may know, I'm in Civil Air Patrol, and I'm planning to take some FEMA courses through my state's Emergency Management Division, namely ICS-300, which is required for Incident Command staff, and the FEMA Basic Public Information Officer course.
I'm curious as to two things. First, how many credits would this be worth? According to the ACE National Guide, the ICS-300 course taught by FDNY would be worth two semester hours. However, I'm not sure if this would necessarily apply for other versions of the same course taught by other organizations. (FDNY has more specific needs than a general course of the same nature.) For that matter, the Basic PIO course taught by the New Jersey office of Emergency Management is good for one semester hour. (I can assume the course taught in South Carolina would be similar in scope and training, and thus easier to evaluate.)
In addition, if I were to take the USAF PAO course, would earning the three units of credit for public affairs supercede my unit in crisis communications?
