https://www.cool.navy.mil/ COOL (Credentialing Opportunities On-Line) This is an excellent Navy website that supports sailors pursuing civilian licenses, credentials, and professional certifications that are job-related. It seems that the Navy may pay for these credentialing exams. This is a great opportunity for all sailors. For non-sailors, this website provides a pretty good list of civilian licenses, credentials, and professional certifications and their sponsoring organizations (search under Agency name). Watch the COOL videos. Maybe the Army and Air Force will follow, if they haven’t already.
