There was a lot of discussion here at Degreeinfo about AJU's sponsored tuition deal, and I was one of those that bit. I did fall behind in my studies during the holiday season (I was supposed to finish my first semester on 1/18/09). However, after getting back on track, I'm ready for my midterm exams!

The three courses I'm currently taking are Ethics, Composition II and Survey of Communications. All of the courses have been challenging in their own way and I have learned a lot. This is certainly the most work I have done for 9 credit hours, that's for sure!

One thing I have learned is that when you enroll in the BA program, you also earn an AA along the way, which gives me something to look forward to.

I take my exams next weekend, and they are proctored online exams. The proctor watches the exam via web cam, which I received in the mail yesterday.

Good job Terry!!!!! you will have that B.S. before you know it. Of course, you have to go the graduation ceremony and tell us about it.

Anyway, I can relate. I have been working on class number 10 for my MBA. One more class after that, than a capstone and final exam. Damn! I am burnt out. This class (500 Management) is grueling! It feels like Chinese water torture. Somehow I am getting through it. Of course, a bunch of union work has cropped up in addition to my regular work, so I am pretty frazzled.

Enough about me. Sorry. Keep it and kick ass on the exams!

    Abner :)

I'm only halfway through the first semester, so I won't be able to answer all of your questions. This first semester has cost me about $500, taking into account student fees and cost of books. Next semester should be a little less depending upon books. The number of semesters you need to take depends on the number of credits you transfer.
