Seeking A Waiver To Sit For The New York Bar Exam

First off, Happy New Year to all. My name is Frank Bazadier I am a licensed attorney in California (State Bar #226498) who has been in good standing with the California Bar for over 5 years. To date, I have tried over 16 cases to verdict. I am also a graduate of California NorthWestern School of Law, a correspondence law school, who is currently seeking a waiver of Rl 520.5 of the NY Board of Law Examiners-520.5 prohibits bar applicants who received their JD from an exclusive correspondence/onliene program from sitting for the NY bar exam-to sit for the February 2009 Bar Examination. If any one has any words of wisdom, or familiarity w/ the NY Court of Appeals waiver process for bar applicants, I am open. Thanking you all in advance for your feedback, BAZADIER.
