PhD in Communications/Marketing/Advertising/etc

Is there a way to get a PhD in Communications via distance learning? I have no idea what is involved with getting a PhD, so I may be way off base here... I just don't have a schedule that is conducive to B&M schools.

There are certainly schools you could pursue a doctorate from via distance learning.

With the statement, "I have no idea what is involved with getting a PhD...", I would suggest a great deal of research go into what all is involved in getting a doctorate to see if you even want to start down that grueling road.

If you just want to see what's out there, I suggest starting with NCU.

There are many more qualified people than I on this board to describe the task of earning a doctorate. I will leave that to them.
