Universities offering scholarships/financial aid for international students

hi,everyone i ve found this forum extremely helpful not only for me but also for my friend.Now i ve another query,my friend s interested in taking an online degree from a recognized/accreditated university but he cant finance his studies now so any one can provide me info/links about universities/institutions providing financial aid/scholarships to international students for study in US/UK/European universities.My friend has got an excellent academic record and he s a Pakistani national.Any info ll welcomed.

well,he s not interested in any specific school,any reputable n accredited international school , but i think he would prefer a one from USA/UK or Europe.Actually he just needs a degree from a reputable one for his career growth .I hope i m clear this time.

Distance Learning (Scholarship)

Hi there can anyone help me find a distance learning institution offering a scholarship to international students (Asians)? Any accredited distance learning institutions for doctorate programs in education or EFL. These institutions may be in Asia, Europe or America. Thank you.
