2nd degree from ECE in Psych?

Does the Psych GRE duplicate Statistics credits? I keep seeing a vague reference to that but I don't remember any statistics the first time I took the GRE.

Any one know what additional courses Excelsior might require if one already has a BS degree from them with no Psych credits used for that degree? I had heard something about a research methods class.
