The fact that they received their approval from the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education in July 2006 means that they are operating legally; however, they are not accredited.

 

They are not accredited, although judging by the quality of even accredited schools in the US, - (i.e. some could argue much easier than european/asian) not being accredited these days does not mean much

 

It seems that the gauntlet has been thrown down.
