Please note that they are changing free charging for CEUS, to giving them free and not all webpages have been changed.

Don't forget about FEMA. They have a ton of free college credit and free CEU classes. Many of the classes that are not for college credit award CEU's. They also have a certificate program (free) http://training.fema.gov/IS/searchIS.asp?keywords=PDS

(I went to SCPHP and filled out an application- it says I will hear back in one business day from the administrator if I am accepted to take a course)

www.medscape.com has great free ceus for a wide variety of medical topics.
