I am working on getting my bacholers of education, recently stopped going to school to work full time again but would like to take some online courses, I need to take math for elementary teachers. does anyone what schools may teach this may teach this online?
The only program that I remember running across is the Masters in Education program at Montana State (http://montana.edu). It's a math teaching program and so I'm sure they have courses geared towards all levels. Otherwise, you might want to check out the distance learning pages at about.com at: http://distancelearn.about.com/index.htm There are plenty of BA level programs around and so with a bit of checking I'd bet you could find the courses that will work for you.
