Can student loans and grants be used to pay for the Big 3?

    Specifically, can student loans and grants be used to pay for the academic fees and graduation fees at the Big 3?

    Yes, they can. Pell grants, for instance, can be used to finance expenses for associates and bachelors degrees (provided that you qualify). Student loans can pay for both undegraduate and graduate education expenses.
