Hello to everyone here and thank you for future answers and comments.

Well here my story, I have a BS degree in Accounting that I finish these past year now as many of you already most know that to sit for the CPA well the the 150 something credits are required. Since I don't want to go for a fifth year at undergrad level I want an MBA in Accounting to satisfy these requirements. I was researching these institutions since I never had a online class or program before. Here are my options based on budged, curriculum, accreditation and reputation of being a solid education. Note: These were my personal online findings on reviews and experiences, but what I found was very little that's why I am asking here.

    1. Florida Atlantic University-Online Accounting, I live in the state so tuition is very low $255 to $275 I really can remember, 40 credits.

But live about 4 hours from Boca Raton so that's why I am considering online and because like many of you I work.

2.Morehead State University-Online Accounting & Finance $422 per credit 36 credits. Curriculum is not that good is more of the same as undergrad, cost acounting, tax, auditing, the only that I see different are International acc. and Govermental Accounting. But is Ok.

    3.UMASS Lowell - Online Accounting & Finance $515 per credit ,30 credits.

    4.Baker College- Online $330, 53 credits.

5.Bellevue University- Online $405 per credit, 36 credits

    6. University of Dallas- Online $541 per credit, 37-49 depending on foundations. I hope I have all of them since my BS is in Accounting but have almost all the business classes too.

Outside the USA mainland well Puerto Rico because I have an aunt there and private universities are $190 per credit on MBA's. Public well like 100 but there's only 1. But these is my last but very last option since I don't want to move.

Regional Accreditation over there only Middle States Associations but no ASSCB accreditation in Puerto Rico only 1 and is the Saturday Executive MBA form University of New Orleans but no concentration in Accounting.

Well that's all my options and my story. Any comments or more options in mind let me know.

I want to know if any person here or friend or coworker or relative etc. Have any experience with these programs, professors, staff, workload related to courses , things to avoid , hints anything.

Again thank you for future comments or answers.

FAU online is not economical at least when I got accepted, they want $24,000 plus for the online(it does includes the books). If you do go on campus, then there is where you get the savings, but for busy adults that might be not an option. I got my MBA in Accounting for Upper Iowa University(it cost me the same if I would have gone to FAU on campus) and qualify me to seat for the CPA in Florida. Best of luck.
