    Folks,

I need to complete those two before the Spring Semester but have very little to go on at this point... can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance :)

Ethics in America - requirement to pass - IQ higher then lint. Pulse optional.
Public Speaking - never took it but I think there is a written portion and you have to send them a tape (cassette I think) of a speech. Could be wrong.

While I hope that I'm one up on lint, I'd still prefer to read up, at least a little bit :) Would you happen to have links?

The public speaking - I'm not worried about the recorded part in the least, but want to brush up on everything else.

Sidenote: already enrolled in 2 courses for the HRM cert - thankfully they run consecutively, that means come end of spring semester I'll be 50% done the HRM cert!!

So...I also want a cert in program design and evaluation (adult ed?), if anyone has links for that so I can start planning to work on that come Spring of '10 :)

I used the link posted above. I reviewed and got more then half of them right without study so I took the test. As I remember, the test had about 40-50 questions that were multiple choice and 40-50 that were True/False. It was really easy.
