I wanted to complete MS - Information Technology Management. I am planning to consider TUI University (Touro University International), CA which is RA institution.

Any suggestion if I am selecting a good & affordable University.

Hope once I complete MS I would be able to pursue PhD in Information Technology Management from any University/Institution with RA.

Any comments are welcome... positive or negative..

    TEKMAN Semper Fi!

TUI University is not longer (TUI), it is YOUR University. Anyway, the program is really decent. If you can afford it, go for it.

I completed the MBA program with a concentration in Health Care Management and I am more than halfway through the PhD in Health Sciences program. I've had very good experiences at TUI University. I really like the classes and I've learned a lot of applicable skills. I don't know about their IT Management concentration, but I assume the core MBA courses are the same.

I've found the faculty at TUI University to be very approachable and willing to help; all the time. They are very flexible without lowering standards. For example, one semester I was out of the country and started the semester almost two modules late! The professor really worked with me. He substituted two threaded discussions that I had missed and helped me complete all of the assignments before the end of the semester.

There are no textbooks, which really helps with the overall cost of the program. The "textbooks" were really a collection of scholarly research articles, PowerPoint presentations, and online resources. I found them interesting and very helpful because they present new concepts and ideas in multiple ways. The material is comparable to traditional texts in terms of the degree of difficulty; they're just more up-to-date.

Overall, my MBA from TUI was been a great investment. Less than a year after graduation, I accepted a new job that nearly doubled my salary. I'm sure this wasn't entirely due to my MBA from TUI, but I know that a master’s degree was important to that new employer.

Later, I was accepted into a brick and mortar, state school for a PhD program; but I have since returned to TUI University because the flexibility of online learning just can't be beat. I also found that not all university programs anticipate the needs of working adults the way TUI does (e.g., we can't always make professor's office hours during the work day). I highly recommend TUI University.

P.S. The word tui means "your" in Latin, which is why some people say TUI University is really "Your University;" but the name hasn't changed.
