Your friend will probably need to look at a degree outside the USA. Most US schools are going to require a Bachelors degree. I wonder why a MSc in Business Admin. Most companies do not equate this with the MBA. I have a friend who obtained the MSc at a well regarded state institution because the land grant school had the rights to the MBA in that area. He has regretted it since. Ask your friend to look closely at what they wish to do with the degree.

I graduated from Carleton University(BA '94) in Ottawa with a three year degree. Currently, I am two courses short of earning an MBA from Tiffin University(OH).

It should be noted that a three year degree granted from a university in a province that requires a fifth year of high school is considered "proper". The extra year of high school is spent taking courses that are considered to be the equal of first year university survey courses. A fourth year of university would result in an honors degree.

If your friend took a fifth year of high school it may be best to supply this information to any US based school to which she may apply.
