NYIT suing Ellis University AKA Cardean Learning LLC

    Hummm this is a new one, came across this one by accident. NYIT is suing Cardean for Diversity? Who wouddah ah thunk it.

    Someone should name that ship before it sinks.

    Diversity as a cause of action is a legal term, pertaining to the jurisdiction. I believe it just means that they are in separate states, so it can be heard in a federal court.

    I still have a few friends who work at Ellis. I'll see if I can find out what's up.

    There seems to be all kinds of friction between NYIT and Cardean.

    What a great program they had between the two schools now it's just broken history. :cool:
