    Hello,

I am interested in applying to Sain Leo University online and I was wondering if anyone has graduated from Saint Leo or has heard anything about the university. I live in California and I was wondering how would getting a online BA degree in accounting from Florida affect my chances on getting a job or getting into graduate school. Any advice would be appreciated :)

If you've chosen St. Leo following a search, and it seems to meet your needs, then you have a good, well-regarded, regionally-accredited school, whose degree should cause no problems.

If, however, this is the first possibly relevant school you've found, then it would really pay to 'shop around' and compare various programs based on time, cost, academic model, etc.

I note, for instance, from the subject index to my book, Bears' Guide, that there are dozens of other possibilities, including Caldwell, Champlain, City U, Empire State, Excelsior, and Marywood, among others.

I used to live in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk, Virginia area, where St. Leo had an extention campus. Their degrees were well regarded in that metropolitan area, which boasted 8 residential universities and several colleges of its own. The St. Leo grads with whom I was acquainted were quite pleased with their academic experience, and with the success they were enjoying as graduates bearing St. Leo credentials.

Thank you you for the informative responses, I was doing alot of research on distance learning schools and Saint Leo does offer exactly what I need. I am also going to look into it further and check out some of the other schools you have listed, but so far Saint Leo seems to be my first choice. Thanks again.
