Anyone currently enrolled in Amberton University distance learning or previously enrolled? I am considering the Masters in Human Relations and Business and would appreciate any input available. Thanks

Depending on your theological bent there could be a downside. The web page and all literature says "non-demonational christian." This should be interpreted as "Churches of Christ" with the understanding that they have very little tolerance for any other beliefs. I taught at Faulkner University (also "non-demonational christian - ha ha") for five years and when they could not convert me from my liberal presbyterianism they discontinued my position. You can also be fairly sure that you will have some religion requirments and the faculty for anything tangentially religious will be men. They take literally that women should be silent in the church - except to sing. So, guess it depends on your theological tolerance.

I hasten to reply to the misinformed faculty member of another university. Amberton University has always been non-denominational and is actually very pro-women! Over half of the students are women. A couple of "Religion and Ethics" courses are required on the undergraduate level, but are actually very practical courses such as "Family Relations" etc.
As a near-graduate of Amberton, I have taken several e-courses on-line and have found them to vary by difficulty but always to be an intense learning experience. I recommend them to students that are out of the DFW Metroplex area or if you have a schedule that prevents you from coming to class on a regular basis. One of my favorite things about Amberton has been the 10-week sessions. It's just the right amount of time to delve into the topic without getting tired or bogged down.
The same professors teach the on-line courses that teach in the classroom and they work in the fields that they teach--very relevant, current applications and a high degree of connected-ness. You have a one-on-one communication with your professor when you take an e-course.
I hope that helps with your decision. The summer schedule is on-line at www.Amberton.edu. Good Luck!
