Ok, another teaching question

I'm so glad I just found this website.

I have a quick question.

I'll be finished my BSc with the Open University in Dec08.
I live in Hong Kong.
I am working as I.T. teacher and integrator in a bilingual school.
Before that I worked for 4 years in an International school in Germany. With teaching experience there and technology coordination.

I am looking to get a teaching certificate so I'm covered paper wise (degree and teaching cert) when I go to the next international school job fair.

I really don't know where to turn, is there an international teaching cert? I don't want TEFL or the like they are worthless with international schools.

Can I get an I.T. teaching certificate? Really appreciate any pointers.
