    Hi,

I'm close to receiving my degree, so I know how hard it is to accomplish. I just wanted to let you guys know a few things that helped me. The best college that I found was Thomas Edison State College, it is very liberal in accepting various forms of credit.

    1. Free FEMA Courses: http://training.fema.gov/IS/crslist.asp

These courses are good knowledge and can count for college credit depending on what college you transfer them. I was attending Thomas Edison State College, so they took the raw transcript directly from FEMA. I didn't have to pay for any additional fees to transfer it to another school then back to TESC.

    3. Louisiana State University - Independent Study Courses

If you need a lot of upper level credit, this was a cheap resource. They only cost $73 per unit. So a three credit course is only $219. I got most of my upper level credit from this school.

Just wasting your money, when those course credits only through CLEP and DANTES.

But don't they pay for the CLEP or DANTES test, and more than once if you need it?

Yes, they do....but I don't know how they make money if students can go back and take as many as they want.
