B&M computer classes - one or two day?

Is there some kind of private school chain that teaches computer classes one lesson at a time? My wife is pretty good with computers, but she needs to learn how to do pivot tables on excel. It would be great if it could be hands on, one on one training. We live in California.

Your wife could checkout the lessons offered by Mr. Excel. The lessons are FREE and cover a variety of spreadsheet concepts, specifically those features available in Microsoft Excel. Pivot table specific lessons are available here.
