Did Stanford REDUCE the prices of their Professional Certificates?

I checked them quite some time ago and I got the feeling they dropped the price here and there.
The IT Benchmarking Certificate is now $500 (wasn't that ~$1000 before)
The Software Security Foundations Certificate is now $495 ( I thought it was $595 before)
The Advanced Computer Security Certificate is now $1100, The Advanced PM and Risk Management each $2600.

Also there are a few Graduate Certificates looking new to me. Even so some require as few as 3 courses, it's still damn expensive (~$3000+/course).

Now I only got to decide if I go for the Benchmarking or the Security Foundations
