Using the GI BILL at Excelsior

    I am trying to obtain the fastest degree possible while having the GI BILL pay for it. I have over 100 credits from the military, previous college, and certifications. I want to test out of my remaining credits needed for the BS in Liberal Studies.

    Has anyone used to GI BILL at Excelsior? How does it work if I plan on testing out instead of taking classes.

    I know this does not answer your question or may sound like a smart answer,
    but have you contacted Excelsior or browsed at least their website? Some of the answer if not all are there.
