Guys, I'm looking for certifications in the $1000-2000 area. Subject should be at least somewhat business related.
Especially reputable b&m Universities with credits applicable to an MBA/MSC are prefered. DETC certified ones won't help me.
    Any suggestions?

That is a pretty low price tag you are looking at. What state do you live in? Perhaps a state school will work for you. I was able to earn my 9 credit UF certificate for about $2,500 since I am a Florida resident.

Hey Randell, I'm from outside the US so I guess I won't get any reduced fees courses :(

I was able to get a certificate in computer security from Stanford University for $500 in 2006. You might want to check with them if this option is still available. I also got several certificates from Rutgers skills at $50 dollars each.

At that price you might want to consider certifications from APICS, SAP, Microsoft, ITIL just to mention a few.

You might want to look into University of West Florida's online certificates, like their certificate in professional accountancy. If memory serves, they charge the same rate as in-state for online courses even if you are outside of Florida.
