Distance Learning across 18 Nations!!!

Hi All,

Looking through this list i googled out (below) i was wondering what country or countries would generally have the lowest tuition fees (apart from the scandinavian countries included)...does anyone have the answer?

We've heard that there are a number of European countries that don't cost anything. I think that's what you're referring to when you reference the Scandinavian countries. I think there may be a few others as well. Beyond that it seems to be a matter of curency conversion rates. I think that I figured out once that India had the least expensive programs (in US dollars) but there ar restrictions on admissions (you have to be a citizen or a current resident). So, as far as I know that bumps it to South Africa.
