I am leaning towards the Organizational Management concentration at COSC, but am trying to figure out were my current credits will best fit. Perhaps The Individual studies or liberal studies concentration is better? Or perhaps Excelsior or TESC is has a better option? Any helpful recommendations would be appreciated. I am trying to finish my degree ASAP.

Please advise how I can best utilize these credits I currently have:

I don't know about EC or COSC, but that degree at TESC does not require precal and stats....that's not true for any of the other business degress at TESC.

    Hi,

Are you talking about a "Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership"?

Based on the approximately 100 credit hours you have already earned the BA/BA in Individual Studies might be the best fit in terms of completing the degree as quickly as possible. Charter Oak State College requires 18 credit hours at the upper level (300 and 400) which you have in the areas of management and marketing. This means you could use CLEPs to test-out of the remaining lower-level credit hours or take some additional courses. Either way you only need about 7 more courses.

You could then do an MBA in a particular business area or a MA/MS/MBA in organizational leadership. Duquesne University offers, via distance education, a range of excellent graduate degrees in leadership.

    Let us know your decision.

Individual studies at COCS is only 100 credits? Thanks for the advice.

120 hours are needed at COSC for a BS/BA. You have (at a quick glance) 97. Assuming you could transfer them all into your CPS, you'd need about 8 more courses. 18 credits need to be upper division, which you seem to have satisfied easily enough. 60 of them also have to be liberal arts for the BS (90 for the BA), but I didn't look at how many of your classes fall into that category. In any case, you could probably CLEP the rest of what you need and be done very quickly.

Yes, that's correct. http://www.tesc.edu/4973.php I don't know if that is a big plus for you or not (it would be for me LOL)

Looks like you already have the needed prerequisites for MBA program admission.

Complete your undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration or major in Liberal studies (Excelsior), - General Studies with a concentration in Liberal Studies or (a likely better fit) individualized studies(COSC), - or Liberal Studies (TESC).

At a later date, if it suits your needs, you can walk into an RA accelerated MBA or graduate Management degree and complete it in as little as 10 months.

Since you need it ASAP, don't sweat the undergraduate degree particulars, you already possess the graduate program prerequisites.

That is not what I said.

Sorry, I was asking for clarification, not questioning what you said. I appreciate your advice, just trying to understand what you said. I think I understand now. I can take about 7-8 more classes to complete a BA in Individual studies at Charter Oak State College.

I truly am sorry if I offended you.

Thanks! So do you think the best thing to do would be to apply to each of these schools to see how the credits fall? I have been leaning towards COSC. I would also be interested in any recommendation you might have concenring the accelerated MBA / Management programs.

    Not offended, just clarifying. :)

Yes, with about 21 credit hours remaining you could finish a degree at COSC within a year and quite possibly only 6 months via testing out. Then you could enroll in a graduate degree in the area of organizational leadership. You would complete the BA, ASAP which was one of your requirements.
