Hello, I know I have asked before but I need to have certificate in the above before the end of 2009. This can be undergrad. I am also looking for all free or low cost offerings. Add on question to this Good Morning, I have taken the two free courses and am in the process of registering for the third. I continue to look for the lowest cost Spec.
