Correspondence vs Distance Learning Law Schools

Hi All,

Cal Bar broke down the former correspondence law schools into two groups: correspondence and distance learning law schools. It's interesting to see where the Cal Bar is going with this.

Do you mean that you know where the CA bar is going with this? Because I don't see any indication on the web site what plans or purpose they have for separating the different categories.

 

Perhaps it's a prelude to giving further, advanced (full?) recognition to schools using a full range of DL processes. Perhaps they recognize that truly virtual learning does well simulating the FTF experience. Hasn't a big criticism of learning law via correspondence been the lack of human interaction and guidance? Well, good, multimeadia DL includes that. Just a thought.
