But MIM is found listed in

    http://www.nationalponsi.org/ccr/Listings/manhattan_institute_of_management.htm

    http://search.nysed.gov/search?q=Manhattan+Institute+of+Management&spell=1&access=p&output=xml_no_dtd&ie=UTF-8&client=default_frontend&site=&proxystylesheet=default_frontend

Also, MIM has partner with well-reputable universities overseas.

    Do they offer an MBA?

This seems to be their status in the State of New York:

    http://www.regents.nysed.gov/Summaries/0205summary.htm

Any degrees awarded on the basis of work done at MIM would seem to awarded by its European partners. I don't know if these are "well-reputable universities" or not. I've certainly never heard of any of them, but that doesn't mean a whole lot.

I'd go to AJU instead for about 2 grand instead of 20 grand. At least you can be sure its legit.

Particularly with the deal that AJU is offering, I'd go with that. But even if not, there are many other options that are less than 20,000 and will get you a degree that's guaranteed to be recognized.

The worst thing in the world is to have to try to explain to a prospective employer that you got a degree from a school that isn't licensed in the place it is, but the degree is granted by some other school in a different country. Doesn't exactly present the sort of image most people want to give to an employer during an interview.

In addition, the name is awful, I don't know if I would like to put in my resume "Manhattan Institute of Management". The name sounds cheese and cheap.

I wouldn't knock a school just because of its name. If I didn't know any better, I would think the Thunderbird School of Global Management was some kind of mill based on its name.

This is an extremely dated review, MIM has changed its location, management team and program offer since this time.

MIM is a higher learning institution offering a variety of business, management and finance programs for domestic and international students. MIM recently received Federal Accreditation from the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges & Schools (ACICS)

MIM has a new contact number and website address, please see below:

    (212) 796-6114
Welcome to the Manhattan Institute of Management
