Ok distance learning guru's......I am in need of help here.
One of my online graduate/doctorate courses scheduled for the fall has been cancelled due to the instructor being a complete a ****head. The course is called Educational Statistics 1.

    - Long story short, he was talked into transforming this course from an on-site to an online, simply because many of the programs' students are spread out across the country and cannot come to campus during the fall to take this one course (due to their jobs, lives, etc.). He agreed, developed it, and set it in motion for fall.....mainly because the second course; Educational Statsitics 2, is only offered online every spring. Well he got a burr up his butt, and decided he did not feel like it and decided to cancel...for no real reason whatsoever. Putting 13-16 students in the program between a rock and a hard place. Heard a rumor that he contract is up for renewal this year - so I do not know if that is connected or not.

So, my dilemma is...as the univiersity and department is rushing to figure out what to do, they advised the program's students to research if they can find an alternative or a similar course online - take it, and transfer it in.....so that we all can take Educational Stats 2 in the spring.

Well, I found one @ University of South Dakota - but it is offered in the spring...but I do not know if that is going to fly or not.
So I need other options.....I have searched until I got blue in the face, turned up with not a thing at all.

Does anyone have any information, something they might have taken in their doctorate program? Need all the help I can get!

    Thanks in advanced.
    Jay
